Join us for our Sista 2 Sista workshops for girls in grade 8 - 10. They are wonderful times filled with chatting, laughter, getting to know more about yourself and living life fully! There will generally be great food, lots of pampering goodies, great talks, time to interact with each other and the big Sista's. You will leave knowing more about YOU and how to handle the different things that life throws at us. Some of the topics we will look at include:
- Beautiful ME! (Looking at how to be BEAUTIFUL from the inside out and some practical tips on how to make the most of your outer beauty! including, what to wear, what not to wear and what to do when you have NOTHING to wear :)
- Dealing with the Parentals!! practical advice on how to make your relationship with your folks REALLY work!
- How to be a BF4Eva (tips on really being a good friend, setting boundries)
- Dating and Mating - or relationships :)
- LOVING ME! (Looking at how YOU are, showing off your strengths, working on those shaky bits, having the confidence to stay true to YOU in all situations.
The workshop on Saturday 11th September will start 08h30 for 9am and will finish at 12pm.

Once you have registered please make payment (R75) with your surname as reference and email or fax proof of payment to us or bring proof of payment on the day.
